Refund Policy

This document is only available in English, the legally binding language for our services. In order to avoid misunderstandings, any translated copies are not valid.

This Refund Policy explains how withdrawal and refund requests are submitted, reviewed, and processed. Withdrawal requests and refund requests are separate procedures and may be subject to different conditions.

WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal requests may be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase through the withdrawal function available on the site.

The withdrawal button is located on the Account page and is accessible to logged-in users. The withdrawal form itself is available only during the applicable 14-day withdrawal period.

Once the withdrawal form is submitted, you will receive confirmation that the request has been submitted. Submission of a withdrawal request does not guarantee approval.

If a withdrawal request is approved, we will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise required by law.

REFUNDS

All Membership Fees can be refunded during the first 90 days since the purchase under the condition that you have viewed no more than 50% of the lessons made available to you.

You can request a refund by emailing us at [email protected], stating your wish to receive a refund and your full name.

If a refund request is approved, we will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

ACCESS AFTER APPROVAL

Once a withdrawal or refund request is approved, your access to the relevant site content may be revoked.
